CLINICAL COURSE. STUDENTS WILL BE ASSIGNED TO A HOSPITAL FOR 13 DAYS.

Focuses on the clinical application of knowledge in the nursing care of culturally diverse clients with mental health problems. Emphasis on clinical reasoning/judgments in promoting health, reducing risk, and preventing disease. Nursing strategies pertaining to the management of acute and chronic illnesses and symptom management in children and adolescents are applied and evaluated.
