In this course we will critically examine several important issues in bioethics that can affect each one of us in profound ways: research on human embryonic stem cells, genetic enhancements, race-based medicine, personalized medicine and longevity. The course will provide you with the tools in critical thinking that you will need to think through these issues on your own.
